They took their Facebook page down and I haven't heard a word since. The sad thing is it was a bookbag for my daughter to have when she started school. I will be opening a case with PayPal and talking to the BBB. I have all the messages, emails, and screenshots and intend on using them to prevent this place from ever doung this to anyone else again. My daughter was heartbroken.
